We will all GET THROUGH THIS!

It’s sad when anyone gets sick and obviously horrible when they die for just being in the wrong place at the wrong time. But 97%, or more of us will be FINE!

So help those in need and pray/meditate for all those gifted and wonderful healthcare people and first responders…

Remember the world is overall getting better…proportionately violence and sickness are WAY down from a hundred years ago…and people are able to more and more see when governments and companies are lying to us via the web (always check multiple sources)…so despite the mess, we’re doing better…”The Better Angels of Our Nature: Why Violence Has Declined” by Stephen Pinker https://www.amazon.com/Better-Angels-Our-Nature-Violence/dp/0143122010

But in the meantime, this is a great opportunity to go find a tree and hug it…be armed (so to speak) with the knowledge that a really big tree can eat tons of carbon dioxide (kills us) and output tons of oxygen (so we can breathe)!

Sit in a forest or a garden or a park….Closes your eyes and listen and breathe deeply,,,see if some of your tension melts away.

Then think about good times from your past and start to dream about good times and people who will be part of your future…

Be Safe, Be Kind become a tree hugger…Peace Richard
